Date night @balmoral_castle recently

A fabulous evening of dining.
Food was delicious & thoughtfully put together. Loved having the chance to eat rabbit, lamb & roe deer straight from the Kings estate along with herbs & fresh produce from the kitchen gardens.

The hospitality team were fantastic & our tour guides were amazing.

We really loved seeing so many Landseer paintings in the flesh.

We really are so lucky to live here in the @cairngormsnationalpark

Great to get Al out in the hills today, great to be in the hills today, great to do something together.

The boy did good, it amazes me he is 52 months into this weekly chemo & he still manages to do a mountain route on his bike.

I did have to send him to bed when we got home because he was tired & being grumpy as F**k 😂

Here’s to hopefully many more hills together 🧡

Yesterday was such an amazing day it deserves a reel to show off Scotlands magic ✨

Ben Resipole traverse from West to East with my soul pup.

That’s us bagging our 5th of the 222 Corbetts hills 🏔️

This was my first solo winter mountain day, there has been a lot of preparation with my coach Mr G to get to this point.

Not going to lie I was bricking it Navigating off the summit.

But once I pushed the nerves aside & set to it I was all good.

Turns out I’m a bit more capable than I thought (or I just have a bloody good coach) maybe a bit of both 🤔

Still so much to learn! But anyway it was a belter of a day. ☀️

First proper winter day out solo, some proper nav, a cheeky wee rocky ridge, thigh deep snow, solo trail breaking is not for the lazy 😰 Missed the big man today 😢 But super proud of this wee chubby chef 👩‍🍳 🙌
